my insurance company is dicking me around. I need an insurance appraiser in the upstate NY area that knows these kinds of cars and that can look at my receipts for parts and come up with a "cash value at time of loss" for my stolen car.

Also need people who can give me notarized copies of bills of sale for similar cars as mine that they sold their cars for with these kinds of mods. Here are the details:

• 1995 Acura Integra in mint condition

I don't suppose you could go back to the companies you bought your parts from and get a reprint of your reciept?

So you mean they want to pay you what they think all your parts are worth on the market? That's crap, they should pay you replacement value, that's what my insurance company did when my stereo was jacked.
