I had an egt fitting on my downpipe from the previous owner, i went to the local auto store and got a bolt that went in and sealed it up for now. i plan to get a wideband soon and just might use the same bung.

I would think the best way would be to get a piece of metal welded on.

id prefer not to weld it closed. bolt sounds like it might work. but i dont want it to get permanently stuck in there. other suggestions?
