New B18 Swap No Spark
I just installed a B18C R in my CRX. I am not getting spark.
I have a new Cap, Rotor, Plugs, and Wires. So that should limit it too, ECU, Distributor and Wiring. I think the crank position sensor is in the distributor, on this. I am guessing the ECU and Distributor is under warranty. So I was going to do a pin to pin test from the ECU to the Distributor and then contact the place I got the engine.
My question is, which would you replace first? The $150 distributor, or the $150 ECU?
I do have my build in another thread, but wanted to post this question in a new thread.

you do realize that on obd2 motors there are separate crank angle sensors actually located on the engine by the oil pump. did you also wire those in?
also you didn't post if you have any check engine lights? also i don't remember exactly which year, but most P73 ecu's are equipped with immobilizers, where i think you need a chipped key in order to power the ecu.

Are you sure the JDM one has a crank angle sensor? There was 2 plugs on the back of the motor block. The knock, and another one wire sensor, which the rywire harness had.
The check engine light was 6, I am guessing that was for the temp sensor.
Chipped key?

You had me convinced it was the immobolization, but the ecu was missing the immo chip.
I am guess I am going to to have to check the distributor. It is late haven't looked it up yet, pictured is the number on it.
