Default should i replace t-stat housing??

i replaced my thermostat with an oem honda one a couple of weeks ago because I found a leak on the bottom side of the housing, i noticed the coolant reservoir was a little low so i checked again for any leaks and it's back in the exact same spot, do i need to replace the whole thermostat housing or is there anything else that i should do

It's easy to install the thermostat rubber seals incorrectly. Check that. Also be sure to torque the bolts to spec.

You can also try some rtv, or honda bond, they sell permatex sealant at advance auto. Check the housing it self for cracks.

The housing is not too expensive. Do you think it was over torqued at one point, typically thermostats are not changed too often.
