hot grounding issue
ok so i have a 92 hatch with boosted gsr. bought a wrecked car and removed alarm and installed in my car. car didnt start so i removed the alarm reset ecu and it started so ok cool got ready to reinstall all my under dash panels when i touched a wire with my foot and car died so i looked further into it and found out i popped my acc fuse under dash. replaced it and as soon as my ignition hits acc 2 it pops the fuse so i taped up all spots alarm was spliced into checked for any live wires or wires touching metal and i cant find anything!!! im stumped!!!!!

My guess is the wire you touched with your foot became super heated before it blew the fuse and burnt off the isolation. You'll need to follow the wire and determine where it's shorting out, and probably replace the wire or re-isolate it in tape
