99 Civic LX noise?

99 Civic LX noise?

Should I be worried about this noise? its not really too loud but on decel you can def hear it more pronounced.

Do I need a valve adjustment maybe? Car is all stock with the D16 144k miles.

Could be an exhaust leak checc the manifold n c if u have any craccs where the welds are id look before u just go get a valve job done

That almost sounds like a squeeky belt, or a bad bearing somewhere. Granted the motor does need a valve adjustment on top of it.

I feel like mine makes this noise similar when cold....not that pronounced though....
