Default Timing Belt Replacement?

I've got a 91' Honda Accord EX 2.2L, my question concerns the timing belt. Once i've gained access to the belt itself is it as simple as removing the belt and slipping a new one back into place? I figure since the motor isn't running and hasn't ran without the belt off everything stays in "order" as of the cam and crankshaft positions?
