anyone that has tein monoflex please chime in
im trying to decide between flex or monoflex... i see the spring rates for the mono flex for a 92-95 civic are 14/783 8/448.. it seems pretty intense but i just wana know if its too stiff like for a daily.. i need somthing stiff since im going to tuck my tires but is that like over kill where im going to die? but other than that if it rides not as crazy as it sounds because of some kind of different spring or shock it has that i didnt read about and its better over bumps let me know please thanks
If you don't know enough about what the normal range of spring rates for that car are, convert the spring rates into natural frequencies and use that instead. I'd recommend staying under 1.4Hz if you value ride quality, but I daily with the rear at 2.1Hz just fine.
He doesn't understand rates. This is also his second post asking about these. Yet he cannot fix the other suspension deficiencies with his car.

As would removing the camber kit and putting the stock UCAs back on.
As would raising the car.
The last 2 options should be free, assuming you still have the stock parts.

Why did you feel the need to start YET ANOTHER thread on the same issue? It is painfully clear you have no idea of the concept of spring rates. If you did you would not have had to ask this question.
You most likely have too soft of spring rates for the drop you are trying to achieve. Usually around 400 fronts for a flush tire to fender and 500+ for tucking tires.
Your gonna over spend on suspension that has weird rates for the street and one year warranty with not too much support for the little guy? Goodluck with that. I had them, liked them but only bought them because I got them cheap. Ultimately sold them because I made $$ off them and didn't like the rates and tein didn't answer any of my questions to what rates I could run without blowing the shocks.
