whats up guys... been working on getting some stuff installed on the car before i boost, I want to get things going one by one so I dont have more than one bug to work out at a time.
any way, I have a AEM UEGO, it was on my accord for 1 year with no problems. I removed it, and it set in my tool box for a year. Then I decided to install it on my civic. I installed it and it was working fine for 4 days, then it just quit and went to the default of 14.7-14.8 all the time, it does not go all the way lean on decel. It immediatly goes to 14.7 on a cold start. I do have the analog output connected to S300. I can watch the voltage out put when datalogging and it does not change, right around 2.4V.
I did check the resistance on the ground wire to the gauge, .5ohms, which i do plan to run a jumperwire to a better ground(hoping to get .1 ohms or less) to see if there is any difference.
I would love to find a diagnostic trouble tree or something similar from AEM, does any one know where to find one?
Any one have any Ideas?
Of course this happens 4 days before it was going to be street tuned lol

When it goes to default that usually means a sensor is unplugged. Check the connection at the back of the gauge to make sure it did not slide out of the connection and also check to make sure the sensor is still plugged in and none of the wires are cut going through the firewall or anything.
If the sensor was bad it would still move around just not be accurate and have a slow reaction and doing weird things.
I am almost certain the wiring came out of the back of the gauge.

didn't have much time after work, but i did recheck both connections, which were fine. I found a video on how to bench test the O2 sensor. as soon as i get more time I'm gonna do that.
After watching the gauge a little closer during my trip back and forth from work, it does act weird. closed throttle decel, 15.6 is the leanest it gets, it will not go richer than 14.7, normal highway driving it goes back and forth between 14.8 & 14.9. It also spikes to 16.6 or so for a split second then right back to 14.8/14.9 normal highway driving.

I think my wideband must think it works for the state! I was going to a friends house to bench test another sensor to see if it is the sensor acting up, or a wiring/gauge problem...what do you know it starts working again. Worked correctly for about 7 drive cycles then stopped. I hate intermittent problems!
Sounds like the sensor... It's best to do a test to be sure - but I have had them do what you are describing. Also, what angle if your O2 at on the new car? Very high possibility you will install a new one and burn it out as well. The Bosch sensors are very temperamental to the angle they are installed (water/gas residue fries them quick).
