Default i change speed sensor and the spedometer still act up

what people my problems is i change speed sensor and the spedometer still act up could it be the engine harness and how can i check it. also do anyone knows how much is the labor to change vtec lost motion assembly thanks. i have a b16 motor with skunk2 cams rc 310 injectors bisimoto headers, and apei exhaust. no end codes but horrible gas milage.

swap in a cheap cluster, see if the speedo works, if it does then you need a new cluster.

if its a 92-95 (cant speak to the 96-00folks) and replacing the speed sensor doesnt fix it, usually its the circuit board on the back of the cluster that the spedo and odo are part of. Most folks find it is a bad solder joint or something of that nature. I found it easier to get a cluster for 20-30 bucks (check craigslist or your local picknpull) and swap circuitboards (No lost milage, etc). Other culprit could be bad cabling or connector to the speed sensor. Be more specific on what the spedometer is doing and like Ron says "Describe the car and the problem" these are key for people to ID and suggest proper solutions.
