Default stock 01 gsr dies a few minutes after running no codes

Hi,
my bone stock 01 integra gsr dies after about 2 or 3 mins of idleing in the morning when i go to warm it up. It has been getting quite cold here latley and the battery died was the original if you could belive it lol.so i replaced it and still the problem persists. the car was in arizona its whole life now that i am in the north east it starts but will just die like i where to shut it off. I still have power and when i go to recrank her it just cranks and cranks.
After i let it sit for about 10 or so minutes it starts right back up no problems. its pretty wierd im thinking a relay. my altenator is good i had it checked and there are no codes ive replaced my distributor also.
i can also hear the fuel pump turn on afterwords so i am at a loss.

any help would be greatly appreciated ...

3 very common issues for these cars

1) main relay is bad (id try this first since its the cheapest)
2) ignition control module is bad
3) ignition coil is bad

every older honda i know has had at least one of these issues

As mentioned check the PGM-FI Main Relay first.

The relay must be working when you first start the car, [or engine would not start] once it has stalled and you try and restart the engine and it will not start, turn everything off, [radio, blower] turn the ign. switch to the run position, [not all the way to start] can you hear the fuel pump priming, [running for a few sec.] it should do that every time you turn on the ign. if not... http://techauto.awardspace.com/mainrelay.html 94
