Default H22 Balance shaft belts

Has anyone had any problems removing just the belt over an extended period of time?
I read a lot of threads on it but nobody really seems to have any feedback without a belt over 30k miles and over.
Obviously the proper way would be to remove the shafts but that's not an option right now because the motor is still in.

No problems after approx 20-25K miles on my H22. Not quite as high as you are asking, but I have never driven the car a ton since I swapped to the H22, as I bought my Subaru to commute with.

What exactly are you asking? I had a belt on my car prob for about 85k miles and no problem. The belt looked great no dry rot or nothing. Remove it correctly. Don't slice it off. You can prob reuse the belt but I bought new because it was on the game plan.

Did you have to do anything with the shafts?
Thanks, this is the best response so far. Most people ask about removing just the belt but not many answers without removing the shafts as well.

I'm asking if anyone has ran into any reliability issues of any sorts running no balancer belt.
Most people post that they feel it revs faster and that the belts been off for a week.
I just want to see if there have been any failures or problems from running no balancer belt while leaving the shafts in.

All I did was leave the belt off when doing the timing belt and tensioner swap, oh and I also took off the front shaft gear, just to have the extra space to work when needed.

I did do the whole shaft delete on my other motor, but this one has never been open yet.

What was the reason for putting it back? Vibrations?

I also have my balance shafts removed on my built motor but this one is internally stock and the tensioner failed on me and balancer belt got chewed up so I'm considering just leaving it off instead of spending about $40 for a new one.

I have been running without one for a couple of years now, car is driven daily, no problems, all seals were replaced with t-belt at time of swap 2+ years ago.

^Yeah just backing what Pirate said about as long as the only thing you should worry about with the balancers is the seals, they'll still wear even without the shafts spinning. I haven't had the belt since the swap since at first I wasn't getting good oil pressure and after checking a few things and fixing it at some point the rear balancer spun a bearing causing it to lock up so I can't run the belt.

I ran my car with no bs belt for about 15000km with no issues. I also have the belt laying around somewhere in my crawl space if you want it. If i can find it that is haha...
