Default lifting ef2!

alright, i have a 1991 honda dx. its 5 speed and has d15b2 powerplant. its my dd and its my beater also. i am looking to add a decent lift to it. but dont know how to go about it. but i have an idea and sort of want to do it the same way this guy did,

http://www.carolinahondas.com/multim...-new-pics.html

from my understanding he has front stock ef coils on the back. and accord full struts on the front

questions:
what year accord struts?
will accord struts directly fit into an ef with straight bolt in and no modification?
are front and back ef struts the same, with just different coild length?

ive searched and searched my last resort is here. please tell me any information you have to give. i just need to figure those questions out and i will run to the junk yard to buy everything i need to start the project.

To be honest, you won't be able to lift it all that much without running the risk of damaging your CV's. Also, your budget will determine how much lift you can achieve safely. I'd start with a custom set of springs from a company like Swift or Hyperco.

it looks to be about 3 or 4 inches with everything he has done. i dont really care about my cv axles i can replace them when needed. i was looking to just switch struts and coils out and keep everything else stock. i have credit down at are auto parts store so if i could stick to the accord and civic strut lift idea that would be great. just need conformation that is what i need.

Why are you asking HERE when the thread was in another forum?
He states "if you have any questions feel free to ask ill answer whatever".
So go ask him since he was the one that did it?
Everybody else is just going to be guessing any way.

The only easy answer for lifting one of these cars, and any lift should really be limited to no more than 2" at the absolute most, is spacers between the upper shock mounts and the chassis.

But, I don't understand wanting it any higher. They're perfectly capable offroad at stock height. In fact, depending on power levels, I'd probably want to lower the suspension slightly to offset larger diameter tire use.
