I live in Georgia and have a chance of buying a 2000 accord se at at good price. The problem is the car is a California car with ULTRA LOW EMISSIONS. Here in Georgia, the engines are LOW EMISSIONS VEHICLES. Should I be concerned?

Any vehicle sold in California, is 50 state legal and has the lowest emissions in the country. You shouldn't have any issues.
