Tube forming tools. HELP needed!

How do you guy press the tubes / elbows to make them oval at the end to match the oval cutout in the head flange.

i use an arbor press.

heat with an acetylene torch, arbor press to desired shape, let cool naturally, clean throughly before welding

What arbor presses do you guys use....1 ton, 2 tons...etc?

1 ton should do fine for most tubing thicknesses, but alot depends on how much you heat the tubing. if the price is right, just step up to a 2 ton to be sure
