Default H23A1 block H22A2 head a good setup?

I have a chance to buy a complete engine swap from a friend, long block, h22 trans, engine harness, s200 chipped ECU with program and harness for s200, and axels for $600. Actually it's the whole Prelude for $600 but it has not a title and I only want the engine and trans. So I'll buy the car and take what I want and scrap the rest of the car.

Here is my question, the engine setup in the Prelude is an H23A1 block with a H22A2 head with H22 5spd trans. What is the general consinsus about this engine setup?
