I recently replaced my dizzy this week. Before then the maint. req. light was on and still is. Im sure its something small, since there is a c.e. light as well. Whats normally the issue when the light is on and stays on. Im thinking maybe oil service or trans fluid low. If you have any ideas let me know. Thanks.

The maintenance required light and the cel are two totally different things. The maintenance light comes on when the schedule maintenance is due on the car. I'm pretty sure if you have the factory manual it'll have the schedule in it. You can reset that light by pushing the button under the driver side knee panel and holding it for a few seconds with the key on. It's to the right side of the steering wheel right under the panel where it opens up to the underside of the dash. It'll be screwed into the underside of that plastic knee panel. If you feel under it or look you'll see, if I remember right, a little green button on a small 3"x4" black box. As for the cel you'll have to run the codes and figure it out.
