I don't think NON vtec and vtec Intakes are interchangeable.

The non vtec integra and the crv intakes are different from the civic si intake and different from the gsr integra. The type r integra intake is a "ported" version of the Civic si intake.

You have 3 bolt patterns, the different patterns are not interchangeable, but I've seen a Type R manifold modified to fit on a GSR if I recall correctly.

If you can't drill and port match to make something fit, you can make an adapter plate. They put the K20 RSX type S manifolds on Honda Prelude 2.2 liter engines sometimes to gain power by using an adapter plate made from 1/2" thick aluminum with holes so it mounts on the Prelude engine and then studs let the manifold bolt to the plate.

VTi B18C4 will not fit but the Type R B18C6 will.

UK B18C4 = US B18C1

UK B18C6 = US B18C5

Mounting points are the same, they are basically the same manifold. The Type R plenum runners are a little shorter than the ones for B16A2.
These are tuned length, engineered for each engine's requirements.
