i have always thought my honda was/is giving me bad mpg/miles. "97 civic ex"

my question is is the cluster on the trip miles count is it on mpg or km?

i have always thought it was km so i would just convert km into miles and get horrible miles

 

what does ur speedometer read in MPH or KPH

 

it reads miles

 

Then it's counting off miles.

because on the top of it it says km/h

this is my first honda so i thought it was reading km. damn since i got it i thought i have got horrible miles i was really bummed about it.

 

:UGH: it has KM/h on there so if these cars go to europe or other countries can actually read the cluster

 

thanks alot now i know. if i new before i wouldnt have waste the money i wasted trying to get back my miles doing little things to do it. i guess i will just still finished the tune-up it never hurts. the car has 213k
