ok I hear it now lol I cant listen to it verry loud at work so I just hooked up my ear buds from my Ipod.
Tony is right it deff sounds like a boost leak. check all your couplers for holes and ensure your T-Clamps or what ever you use are tight and your factory/After Market Bov gasket is not leaking or cracked. good luck man

oh ok I thought you were talking about the SRT4 in the video?? what bov are you using? your blow off valve my be adjusted tighter I had this problem on the dyno when I was tuning the boost was leaking out the bov I just tightened it up and solved the problem.
i also assumed its a bov issue,
the car had a fake type-s and i replaced it with a type-s and then a type-rz
i adjusted all of them so i wont hear air rushing in the charge pipes,
Next on the list could be your intake manfiold gasket or throttlebody gasket.. Are there any vacuum leaks? I had times when the gasket leak was very minor and the ECU/IACV basically trimmed it out and the car still idled properly and had proper vacuum. But upon boost, it would create a high pitched sound similar to the video.
yeah those Type S knock offs suck the construction over all is good but the Diaphragm inside is made of a verry cheap rubber and tears pretty quick. my buddy ran one on his DSM and it ripped after a few pulls down the track haha then the boost just leaked right past the diaphragm. but you said you swapped it for another Bov was it a reputable brand?
thanks for the replys guys,
i checked intake vac leaks yestarday with a carb cleaner, i found that the IACV gasket was leaking, i replaced it and nothing changed, i sprayed the whole intake manifold around the tb, fitv, injectors, iat, and couldnt find anything else,
i switched the fake type s to a real type s and the noise was still there and then i replaced to a type rz and determined its not the bov.
my new directions are:
fuel pump/ fuel pressure
or the seal inside the compressor housing,

yeah its wierd, its my first time too
i think its the rubber seal that seals the comp housing to the core, its a td04, the compressor is held with a c clamp,
i capped both compressor inlet and outlet and used a vacume gun on the boost line port and it dosnt hold vacume,
well see tommorow,
