HOW MUCH PSI FOR STOCK LS?
Do some research, this subject has been beat to death. And it all depends on the size of the turbo. 8 psi on a 50 trim is a lot different than 8psi on a Gt3582r

But psi does matter, once you reach a certain amount, stock head bolts will start to stretch and cause head float.
Depends which map sensor and injectors you are running. Stock map can only support 10 psi and stock injectors are limited to 200 whp. A bigger fuel pump would also be required.
Word ^. I don't understand why people do not use google, it's so much easier and quicker than making a post on here. Most of the stuff I know about cars aside from what I learned in school, I learned by spending tons of time on google or searching sites like this.
Come on you guys, what the hell are we here for if not to help out, you flame the guy for taking the time to ask the question about a Honda/Acura on an Honda/Acura site instead of searching, yet you come on and take the time to tell him to search, instead of either answering the question or posting a link, at least a...
Question probably better answered in Forced Induction form... https://honda-tech.com/forums/forced-induction-16/
As for searching here, this is what "boosting an LS engine will get you... https://honda-tech.com/search.php?searchid=5943772
And here is what Googling gets you... http://www.google.ca/search?q=bossti...iw=980&bih=570.
Seems to me it was easier/faster to just come here and ask.

FCM, I did tell him to research, but I also answered his question. I stated it all depends on the turbo, and tune. That should be the end of the thread.
Psi is turbo dependent...different turbos flow at different rates so psi is irrelevant.
When it comes to a stock LS block, it can usually handle about 300whp safely.
If you have a need to go over that, I suggest using c16 or any other high octane fuel to achieve higher power levels and decreased chance of detonation.

^^ yea, that's usally average psi max for a stock LS, but it all depends on how big the turbo is. That's perfect for the t3/t4 range I believe.
