[IGN] 96 Accord - Refuses to start. Electric/Ignition guru heaven!
I'll try to make this as short and sweet as possible, you're input is greatly appreciated -
Tested voltage and resistance from the ECU wiring up to the distributor, reads power during start after diagnosing an issue under the steering column.
Had a starting issue ONLY when cold for a few months, at this point completely refuses to start.
So far have replaced:
Distributor/Cap/Rotor (new)
Spark Plugs/Wires
New Battery, New Ground wire, Terminals, added additional grounding.
FPR + Fuel Filter
Starter (new)
Starter switch
Fuses checked
Two separate ignition coils changed and tested at 11.4V during crank (used)
At this point it leads me to believe the ECM/ECU might be faulty, and a new one is on it's way in the mail.
I'll leave it to your thoughts and issues you might've had - Ideas before I strap C4 to the bottom of it and enjoy some winter fireworks??

Check your main relay, and timing as well as compression.
Btw, if you rotate the crank and there is resistance you have compression.

Exb18c1 - Fuel is OK and the has the correct pressure reading. I'll check the timing again tonight to make sure it's on (thank you). Turned over the crank and it does have resistance, the compression is OK.
kidcool1977 - I'll check the main relay as well - last time we tested it was OK.
I did get another ECU in last week, tried throwing that in and it didn't seem to fix the issue :/
Thank you for your feedback - Any other idea's?

I'm sure you have done many of the procedures in the link I am providing but maybe you missed something
