Default Weather gets cold and I get bouncing idle.....

I have a 94 lx 5-speed that drives lovely when the weather is around 78 degrees and up but as soon as the weather went to 70 and lower I got the bouncing idle. In the summer time it would be bouncy here and there then stop, but since the weather has gotten cold it consistently does it now. Car idles at 1500 when it still cold but as soon as it starts to warm up it jumps all the way to 3000 and goes all the way down to 500 and jumps back up to 2000-3000 over and over and over again. I've searched around and read a few post about it and seen you guys talking about cleaning different parts and what not to slove this problem. My only problem is that I'm not too mechanically inclined so I don't feel comfortable taking apart things in the engine bay so I was considering taking my car to the dealership or another cap shop. Does anyone have a ball park figure of how much I'm gunna spend having them fix this idle problem?

Oh yea and my car has a 1999 accord engine in it btw incase that matters or anything.

Dealership will most likely charge you to replace the part vs cleaning it. So ball park could be anywhere between $200 - $600 depending on if it requires both the IAC valve ($250) & FIT valve ($90) to be fixed/replaced. If you specifically ask for a throttle body cleaning and FIT adjustment they may do it... I know the Dealership here won't clean the IACV or adjust the FITV as it is not recommended by Honda to do so...lol

If you can find a shop that will clean the IAC valve and adjust the FIT valve it shouldn't be any more than 2 hrs labour @ shop rate. Probably between $50-$100/hr depending on where you live and what shop you take it too.
