Has anyone tried using the Mityvac evacuation system for draining transmission fluid directly through the dipstick tube?

There's a reason they made a 'drain plug'. I'd recommend just going that route having changed it myself.

I've used a similar evac system for my manual trans... it works fine. are you looking to buy one? I wouldn't think it really all the necessary unless you happen to have one laying around and can use it.
