Default Prop valve issues

So my prop valve was leaking and I replaced it. Tightened all the lines as much as I could and now it is leaking worse than before. Am I suppose to use some type of sealent on the threads of the hard lines or something? any info would help.

You shouldn't use any type of sealant. As a guess i'd say you crossthreaded the fittings where they screw into the prop valve and the ends of the lines aren't compressed.
