When my buddy pushes for the air to go to the feet, or to feet and chest, it doesn't move. its like its stuck on only defrost. will take a video soon. any input?

 

Mode control....either the motor is gone or the linkage is stuck. Look from the drivers side towards the center of the dash....you'll see the motor and linage.

I think I recently posted the testing procedure...I would again but I'm traveling fr the holidays and don't have my computer.

My pleasure....hope for sticking linkage......I've been able to lube the linkage on my 5th gen and keep it going.
