Default where to buy OBD2 b18b1?

i have a 96 teg that burns oil like crazy
about 1 quart per 1000-1200 miles

i've tried everything,
replaced the rings (after i got the block honed)
valve stem seals
gaskets

but it still smells like burned oil

so im just looking at replacing it now
where can i buy one?
on CL in my local town, theres 1 engine or so every 6 months
is there a place that i can buy it online for a decent price?
i'm looking at spending about 400-500 for a solid engine that doesn't smoke/burn oil/knock
I know you can get some b16s or b18c's online, so i figure i could probably find a b18b1 for a decent price as well

i'd also consider an OBD2 b20 if anyone knows of a place that sells those

i drove it slowly for about 50 miles or so to make sure everything was together properly, then i ran it at WOT for the next 500 miles or so, making sure to vary the speed
but it too late for anything like that now, its been 10k miles since the rebuild
also, its burning oil at about the same rate as it did before

But at this point, i'm 600 in the hole for the rebuild, i figure i might as well buy a used engine for around 400-500 and be done with it
