D16a6 low idle problems.
169k miles (thats probably my first problem). d16a6. stock. cleaned IACV. ngk plugs and plug wires brand new. gapped correctly. clean air filter. good fuel pressure, good spark, no vacuum leaks (that I can find). grounds are good. my problem is after the car warms up its got a real rough idle. my tach is broken so it would appear that its idling at a bout 600-800 (not bouncing just cant tell what it really is). the idle is VERY rough. the whole car shakes. it will drop a little bit when I come to a stop and first put my foot on the brakes and then pull back up. If I slowly pump the brakes, the car idles fine (sounds like vacuum dont it?). if I give the car a little gas and get the RPM up to about 900, its golden. just seems like a fairly high warm idle. So what am I missing? I've sprayed virtually all of the vacuum lines with 2+2 and didnt get any response, I have good compression, good spark, good timing. Its gotta be something I've missed
