Hard to hear. Are your tires wearing evenly? Good alignment? With the front wheel fully locked left/right look at the inside tread blocks, if every other one is scalloping evenly, and the rest of the tire is wearing evenly, then I would suspect the wheel bearing is bad.

but it only makes the noise at low speed while giving it gas as soon as i let off the gas it goes away so how could that be the wheel bearings?

Did you ever find out?

I have a '95 Accord with the same problem.. w/ foot off the pedals, a front Clunking Noise at low speed.

It has the following New/Recond. Parts, so you could X these out..
New: Pads, Rotors, Inner and Outer Steering Tie Rods, Upper and Lower Ball Joints, Wheel Bearings,
CV axles (new outer shaft assemblies), Reconditioned Transmission, and Radius Rod Bushings.

Motor mount noise was ruled out today by a trusted mechanic, only the front was a little loose
but did not contribute to the noise. Also got it aligned at the time of trying to diagnose this,
and nothing was extremely out of spec.
