what could this be?
alright so here is the deal ever since i bought my accord it has always been making this weird noise and its finally driving me bananas lol it only makes the noise at low speed mostly threw first and second gear when accelerating but stops when i let off the gas..the noise it makes sounds like its dragging something on the ground almost.... but like i said it only makes the noise when giving it gas 1st through 2cd gear after that it stops and i dont know if this helps but when its raining out side it doesnt make the noise at all??? go ****ing figure but any knowledgeable advice would be appreciated
btw its a 97 accord ex coupe 5 speed

Hard to hear. Are your tires wearing evenly? Good alignment? With the front wheel fully locked left/right look at the inside tread blocks, if every other one is scalloping evenly, and the rest of the tire is wearing evenly, then I would suspect the wheel bearing is bad.
yeah good alignment idk what it could be im at a loss like i said it only makes the noise when im pushing the gas and as soon as i let off the gas it stops making the noise

Did you ever find out?
I have a '95 Accord with the same problem.. w/ foot off the pedals, a front Clunking Noise at low speed.
It has the following New/Recond. Parts, so you could X these out..
New: Pads, Rotors, Inner and Outer Steering Tie Rods, Upper and Lower Ball Joints, Wheel Bearings,
CV axles (new outer shaft assemblies), Reconditioned Transmission, and Radius Rod Bushings.
Motor mount noise was ruled out today by a trusted mechanic, only the front was a little loose
but did not contribute to the noise. Also got it aligned at the time of trying to diagnose this,
and nothing was extremely out of spec.
