99 civic si o2 senses?

my check engine light is on in my 99 civic si, i pulled the codes OBD2. it sayed o2 sensor and a cylinder misfire. changed my exhuast o2 sensor and it now only throws a number 1 (o2 sensor) helpski?

What codes specifically did it throw? The 99 Si has two O2's are you sure it was for the primary 02? Did you replace the first O2 or the second one?
