Gotta EH2 B20 with a gsr tranny using castrol 10w30 for oil. The transmission is leaking where the intermediate shaft meets the transmission. Tried to use an autozone seal and an OEM seal and the thing still leaks. Anybody have this problem before and solve the issue?

 

Any scratches/nicks in the transmission housing where the seal goes onto which would allow fluid to seep past?

 

Thanks but thats not the case. That could be corrected easily with silicone.
It was leaking in the inner part of the seal. It's my friends car, I took a look and it ended up being the seal that wasn't put in flush/properly.
