Do some research for yourself then decide.

OP, your question is a "little" vague.

Build to what level? 150hp? 250hp? 400hp? Swap to what? H engine? B engine? K?

Street car? Strip car? Track car? Street/Track car?

I agree with the others; do some research and privately ask those who have their cars where you want to go.

your question is vague and research would answer you question but you should realize now a swap would be cheaper and quicker... like just a b18b, then you *could* add a b16 head after the swap is all hooked up and driving, but just the torque of the b18 would be noticeable

I have the same question!
i have a d15b7 just hanging out in my backyard from another pull and i dont know if its better to get that thing re done or save up for a swapp!? I most interested in b16, not really big one b18 & b20...
my ej2 is a daily driver and i like the way my d16 pulls rite now but i just blew the head on it!
could i get more pull with that d15?
