i havent purchased anything for my car in a while because i had been focusing on school. semester is over and need a few things for my civic. need to buy a dizzy. i purchased one early spring or so for <$50. i posted a wtb thread and had a few people around that price (havent gotten a PM back), and a few people that were asking $90-140(srs). wtf? why have prices jumped up so high. for a SOHC vtec obd1 distributor? did i miss something?

sorry if this seems like ranting but i am baffled.

i sold a z6 dizzy for 45bux a year ago on here thats all they are worth used.

 

I say, thank the feds and government fiscal policy for decreasing the value of the dollar.

Holidays man. Even everything on eBay I was gonna buy this month shot up from same sellers like 20-30%

Isn't it called black friday because it takes stores the entire year to get out of the red and into the "black" (red=debt/ black=profit) So as soon as we hit January they are back into the red or debt...

I think it's the poor economy and a lot of people being unemployed and broke, plus everything new is going up, so people automatically think used stuff is worth more.

 

i cant agree with people saying it is the holidays. there is that big of a demand for a D series dizzy? unless you are implying people are going to want more for their part so they can use that money for holiday shopping. and yeah ill agree to an extent on the whole economy in the sh!tter
