99-00 civic si squeaks sometimes
2000 civic si,lowered on heated springs,yeah i know
, but it willl squeak when i turn the wheel to the right or left sometimes, and then sometimes it wont it'll just go away but then come back later on. is it my heated springs that may cause this or what should i look for? doesnt sound like my tire is rubbing on fender or anything like that.

It could be your heated springs. Thats a very good place to start looking. Park your car and turn your wheel to about where you hear the noise. Then get out and put some weight on that side of the car and see if you can replicate the noise. If you can do that then have someone else look and listen as you make the noise. Thats your best way to check. Otherwise the list is long. Could be bushings that now have added roation/ strain on them from lowering your car. Could even be as simple as when you were lowing your car you adjusted your dust plate on the back of your brakes and now that is slightly rubbing when you turn your wheel.
Check to make sure the springs are seated properly on the perch! Low quality springs tend to bounce around more, and may become dislodged. They squeak and squeal until finally settling back into place (until they bounce out again).
