[HELP] Civic E-Brake Uneven Pull

Happy Holidays Honda-Tech,

I have a 94 Civic coupe with rear drums.
Recently I replaced the stock bracket with an armrest bracket.
I noticed afterward my hand brake was crooked.
There is an uneven pull on the e-brake lines.
Here are some pics, any suggestions on how to fix?

I myself haven't really had to mess with my E-brake yet, but I would suggest starting by looking at the cables on the rear brakes, and follow them up to where they go up into the car. One of them could be caught up on something.
