the kick at 6,000 rpm?
I have a GS-R but my friend has a Type R and at 6000 rpm that car just takes off. In my car at 6000 rpm all you feel and hear is the secondaries open up. When exactly does the vtec kick in and what is the kick at 6000 rpm?
I love the V-tec cross over in a type R a GS-R feels kina slow in comparision. Now try a b18c5 with jun 3 and tell me how that VTEC cross over is

My GS-R has the DC 4-1 type R header AEM CAI skunk2 short shifter Greddy EVO exhaust wings west body kit and in a couple of weeks a honda S200 set up with boost option then a jackson racing supercharger. I raced a type S(RSX) the other night and beet it the whole race until the very end in third gear at 6000 he pulled me by a fender a very good race.

Yea but a bone stock GSR with an AEM you can feel and hear Vtec crossover.It sounds nasty!!Thats 1 reason I love my Icebox I don't have all that noise.
