Ok so my car broke down about a month and a half ago. I replaced map sensor, ignition coil, ignition module, spark plugs, fuel filter, and fuel pump. It ran fine for two weeks and now all of a sudden the cars rpms start fluctuating and the stalls car out. I have a cel on but its been that way since i bought the car. Oh i dont know if it matters but i also put a new aftermarket exhaust on the car. Just your avergae 3 inch fart can. Im assuming maybe the tps( throttle positioning sensor) but i dont know. Any advice would be great. Thanks for your time.

 

first of all run the codes and find out what they are for..... second this SOUNDS like a common phenomenon nicknamed "honda virus" its caused by the IACV (idle air control valve) on the back of the intake manni

 

Clean IACV & EGR...see what that does. If no avail...try distributor cap&rotor.

This is where I would start. All inexpensive & easy things to do.
