Hey all,

My turn signals and hazards,when on, and fairly random: more like sending out Morse code than doing their more regular jobs.
Since they occasionally work, it can't be the fuses; I checked and confirmed the fuses are intact.

So it's either replacing the turn signal stalk & switch, or replacing the turn signal relays?
Hopefully this also solves the same issue with the hazards??...

Are the turn signal relays the two black relays in the fuse locations underhood, or are those solely for the headlights?
Any other theories or solutions?

I would start with the relays. You can test them by swapping them out with a different relay for something else that has a matching relay

 

3-hrs electrical troubleshooting but no success removing the relay, seems like I'm going to have to read up on how to take the dash apart...

EDIT: apparently the entire fuse/relay box might slide down after removing the bottom/right bolt, I'll check it out tomorrow...

In the meantime, the turn signal / hazard relay part is # 38300-S5P-A01.

 

The fuse box will drop down yes.
