IDLE Problem, almost dies, Not the IACV, No CELs
Not trying to thread jack, just been searching for a long time now. So your saying if i don't have the exhaust o2 sensor it will idle rough? Mine does and i have the tanabe super medallion exhaust, shop said they installed a "test pipe" or cat.
Clogged air filter, clogged fuel filter, clogged injectors, vacuum leak. Get some carb cleaner and spray around your bay (careful tho), if your car dies, then its a vacuum leak
Naww son, it's if the rpms spike, like it rev's up when spraying carb cleaner, then that's where the vacuum leak is. You use this to find a specific leaking area, you don't just soak the bay with it and listen for a spike, you hit little sections at a time.
Believe me, the idle will drop and the engine will stall.

EDIT: Dirty, In my post I said 'careful', that basically means don't spray it all over your bay and I'm hoping he knows what he is doing hehe. Yes watch that video and bring a fire extinguisher!!! Safety first man.

Video doesn't work for me. But I have done this multiple times, with carb cleaner, starting fluid, propane, map gas... on multiple vehicles. From fords, dsm's, and honda's. Think about it, aerosoles like that are highly flamable and work as an accelerant. I've started and old dodge dart by spraying AXE body spray through the carb because I had nothing else lol. Only once or twice have I seen a car stumble with this process, I'm not arguing with you, because I have seen it happen, but it most cases, it will spike. Trust a brotha, I work in a shop for a living brobama
