Integra obd2b to obd1 iacv fix and charcoal canister
I am finishing up my swap and have a few loose ends I need to wrap up and I am hoping someone here can help me out.
I have a complete integra obd1 gsr setup going into an integra obd2b gsr shell. The ewh is from the obd1 and the ecu is from the obd1. I bought a jumper harness to go from the obd2 to obd1.
I am having some trouble switching the three wire IACV plug to a two wire plug. I have researched it online but it seems like the colors on my plugs dont match what is described. the two wire plug has a bl/ylw and a red wire. The three wire plug has a bl/blk, red, and a red/wht wire. Can anyone tell me which wire goes to what? Also, do I need to repin the ecu plugs if I got the jumper harness or does it do it for you?
Secondly, I have both charcoal canisters but they are both different.
Which one is best to use and easier to hook up? I have also read that some people take them off and just plug the tubes.... Has that worked for anyone? Would that throw a CEL?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

That is the wiring for the EVAP purge and IAB's. The LS harness won't have that obviously. You'll need to wire the IAB's, VTEC and knock sensor directly from the sensors as the LS harness won't have that wiring. Check my signature if you need a harness. Or does the jumper harness have a harness for these sensors as a separate harness?
The shell is a gsr and the new engine is from a gsr. Its just that one is obd1 and the other is obd2. So all those plugs should be wired up its just a matter of splicing the correct wires... that's what I'm having trouble with.
So, you are talking about a 94-00 shell?
What color is the 3-wire connector you're speaking of?
On that appears to be on the pass-tower in diagrams is the ABS sensor for the RF wheel.

Ok I think I have it. After scouring the wiring diagrams for 94-95 integra engine harness and 98-01 Integra harness it looks like this. The 3 connector on the shock tower side of the car harness is wiring for the CKF (2 of the wires) and the red wire is for EVAP purge. The two pin connector on the engine harness side is for EVAP purge. So basically you can leave it alone unless you want to hook up the EVAP purge (the OBD1 ECU won't throw a light for it).
