i'm looking for the stock location of the Secondary(lower) Oxygen Sensor wire. my car's secondary(lower) o2 sensor wire was cut off and i have been searching for the wire that it would have hooked up to and found nothing.

i have located the primary so i know what i'm looking for generally.

even just the location of the small harness the secondary o2 sensor plugs into (or where it should be) would be very helpful. thanks

 

there isn't one on a 95.

 

soo i guess that means my car has some random motor in it...

 

ok that post was just my reaction to finding out my car has a different motor than i thought in it.

how do i tell exactly which motor i have?

turns out i have a 1998 D16Y7 in my 1995 civic. winning!

what ecu are you using?

 

On the sixth gen models, yours is fifth, the engine number is on the front, passenger side, next to the tranny and the tranny number. That's what my manual shows me for my sixth gen. Check there. Maybe it is the same location.

 

i took some pics. first is a sticker on the timing belt cover the lower number ends in 98. second and third are the ecu

 

i'm surprised it runs ok with a p06.

what ecu should i have? do i need a new main harness?
