h.i.d bulb melting headlight plastic.

h.i.d bulb melting headlight plastic.
My h.i.d are melting the slot you stick the bulb into on the headlight. They don't really turn to lock into place like they should. Anyone else had This problem? I got a 91 crx HF dohc zc
