Anyways.

Didnt make much horsepower since i have a mysterious boost leak.

Installed a 8 pound spring and was only boosting 4 and dropping to 2.2 by 5k rpm.

Car made 145.7 hp and 153 ft-lbs of torque.

Im guessing find leak,do valve adjustment then retune.

Still pulls hard. and runs smooth.

Thanks to kevin at Whitfield. Cool Guy!

Get a rubber cap from your local hardware store that fits your turbo inlet.
Pressurize the system with an air compressor that is regulated. Turn the regulator down to around 20-30 psi...

With the engine off, Throttle body shut... pressurize the system. Listen for leaks.....

You don't even have to use a valve as used in the thread link I provided. Simply use a barb fitting or poke a small hole in the rubber cap and use a barbed air chuck...

Set the regulator to 20-30 psi.... Don't go ***** to the walls and throw 30+ psi in it.
The seals will be fine. You are trying to create enough pressure to where you will hear leaks.

Also, I have seen blow of valves leak during runs but not during a boost leak test.

Judging by what you are saying what happens, I would lean more towards the Blow Off Valve bleeding off boost.

Would this be due to internal leakage? or the gasket under it?

I would post the graph but i dont have a scanner.

You must not understand Blow Off Valves very well... Here, read this...

http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blowoff_valve

If a BOV doesn't stay closed during boost what does that mean? It vents off pressure. Speaking from experience, boost leaks can be a tricky thing unless you do the afore mentioned test. So regardless, do the test and you will see if it's a boost leak from your BOV or something else. As stated before - if it tests good, then it's most likely your BOV. You can try to check it by disconnecting the vacuum line going to it.
