Default Borla muffler

Hey, a friend of mine can get me an XR1 muffler for $95. I know Borla makes great mufflers, but have never heard one on an import. I was wondering if anyone had this and how loud it sounds when cruising. I currently have 4-2-1 headers, carsound cat, no resonator, and a weapon r muffler. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

take it to a muffler shop and test it out

costs like 20-30 bucks to put it on/off

LilDragon, what was your exhaust setup? Were you running a cat and resonator? How loud is it when cruising on the freeway at about 80 or so?

there are a number of companies that use borla mufflers. like ES Tuning, - if the muffler is straight through and oval like ES Tuning muffler, then it will be loud but deep sound
