Is the fuel pump priming when you turn the key? Have you checked for spark?is the engine turning over at all when you try and start it? We need more info.!

check your injectors and see if they're clogged, you may have sucked some stuff up from the bottom of your tank when you ran out of gas

Check to see if your actually getting spark. Then check to make sure that your actually getting fuel. Also I know it sounds stupid but did you put more gas into it. My brothers car wouldnt start and turns out he had no gas in the tank. Try and give it a little gas while your turning it over.

INJECTORS ARE GOING TO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ENGINE NOT TURNING OVER! Check your battery and your distributor. Neither of those. Check spark plugs and wires. If you don't know how to do either of the four, read the manual.

if you would read you would notice that the car is turning over its not starting if the injectors are clogged there is not enough A/F ratio in the cylinders to start the car

Check for spark

Injectors are gunna be one of the last few things of why the engine won't start. Basics 101. Thus spark is what I said next. Well wires and plugs.
