I have a 2001 honda civic ex it will no longer blow out any air. Checked the blower motor it works replaced the transistor/resitor checked the relays. There is power going into the blower so i dont know what else it can be please help!

 

What you're saying doesn't make sense. If the motor was tested and it works, and there is 12v power getting to the motor .... it should be working.

Thermostat perhaps?

 

That wouldn't control the airflow in the cabin at all. It would only alter the temperature.

 

Check your grounds. I attached a HVAC schematic and location of ground. It can also be your HVAC control panel.
