i have a dilemma!!! I have a 93 civic ex coupe. bought it from a friend of mine. blown motor. replaced it with an SOHC ZC. now the thing wont start. a few tuning shops said it was the starter, so i replaced it. twice. still the same thing. the motor barely turns over. in fact i dont think it does. the belts and such turn, but the motor doesnt torque like its trying to start.

has anyone ever had this problem? i cant get to work until the ****** thing is fixed, and im at a total loss. could the crank pulley be too tight? a sensor not plugged in? does the ECU need to be reset somehow? help!!!!
