Default Coolant Reservoir wiretuck/holder fabrication

Just out of curiosity.

I know this belongs in the Wire tuck thread but I wanted to see more ideas about what people did with their coolant reservoir relocate when they did a wire tuck.

Like where they placed it at ?

I need to get some ideas on where to mount my stock coolant reservoir or maybe make my own, like a smaller one ?

Pictures would be great!

Either use a nice one. Or if you have an ek, eg, dc you can mount it under the rad support behind the bumper. If there isnt an intercooler in the way

I made it part of my catch can, along with a swirl pot.

For the record, it was a total bitch.

^ I like that a lot. Very sleek, going through the bottom like that is also a really good idea.

Either that I don't need the swirlpot or a generic warning that you will probably be right about and will be saying "I told you so" later because I'm stubborn and won't listen.

IM? Vband IC pipes?

I know they're both considered "not going to work" but I've got a few ideas that I'm trying. If they don't, no worries, not like I'm putting them on someone else car.

Plus, I figure by the time I actually get this car running well enough to start breaking **** I'll finally be out of college and have access to all my fun engineering/machining toys and that green stuff we college folk never get to see.

Remember we discussed the large surface area and high pressure that would blow apart the intake manifold and possibly the intercooler unless you brace the hell out of it....

I am definitely NOT as talented as most are in this forum, however, when I deleted my A/C it gave me room to mount a can. Just a quick picture of the set-up.

It is a power steering reservoir that I (obvisously) blocked the other side off. I planned on buying a bolt for it until I found out the thread pitch is like M12 x 1.0 :/

Yeah I hear ya.

How high of a psi were you running when you experienced your issues? I don't think I'll need more than low 30s to hit my goal, I'm only looking for about 7-800. I am still trying to find a good way to brace it without it looking like crap. May come down to hoping it holds together and redesigning/building next winter if it doesn't.
