i want to make a 13 track car that is reliable to the point where it can be a daily driver.

what do you reccomend?

please include the price of the car.

Shouldn't be hard at all. Get an LS motor and turbo it and you'd hit 13's with no problem.

 

B18 can run 13's.... But I can only imagine that number with a touch of boost.

I think you'll need more than 3 grand... Maybe 5 grand should cover the car (CRX definitely) complete motor (B18A easiest, or B18B with some swapping of parts)
and maybe a cheaper turbo setup....

I dunno, but you'll definitely need more than $3,000.

b18b with a shot of Nitrous should be fine. If all you plan on doing is daily driving with trips to the strip every once in a while, then why not just use the bottle?

 

if it's an si, build the head or put a built vtec head on and a clutch and some tires. that will get you there and with a SOHC!!!
