95 del sol speedo needle not working?
I just replaced my back plates of my cluster a few days ago but now my speedometer is stuck at one. Everything eas working perfectly find before i put the plates in and rewired them. Im thinking i missed a wire? Im new to these forums also but help would be greatly appricated. Thanks!
That's what I'm thinking too. Make sure that the faces are installed flushly and don't have any bends or creases in them that would make them sit higher than they're s'posed to. Also that they're centered perfectly. If they're off center then the needle pivot could be rubbing against the face which could be holding it up.
Had this happen to mine when I had gauge faces and the tach needle liked to catch on them.

Yes theyre gauges. But yea, checked them out and they arent rubbing. Im going to have to check to se which wire goes to the speedo needle. There is a small red with white wire that is disconnected but im not sure if thats from the old alarm or the speedo
Then it's something you did during the install. Start double checking everything. You should not have had to touch any wiring to install gauge faces.
